Wat is het beleid bij slecht en extreem weer?
De rondvaart in Amsterdam gaat in principe door bij elk weertype. Alle boten kunnen overdekt varen en beschikken over verwarming, zodat je ook bij regen of kou comfortabel kunt varen.
Alleen bij extreme weersomstandigheden, zoals een zware storm of andere situaties waarbij het niet veilig is om te varen, wordt de rondvaart geannuleerd. Dit wordt altijd in overleg met onze salesafdeling beoordeeld en afgestemd.
Wat als er schade gemaakt wordt?
Als er tijdens de vaartocht schade wordt veroorzaakt aan de boot, inventaris, apparatuur of andere eigendommen, kunnen de kosten worden doorberekend aan de opdrachtgever. Dit geldt ook voor schade die door één van de gasten wordt veroorzaakt.
Bij grote (commerciële) feesten kan vooraf een borg of omzetgarantie worden afgesproken. Na afloop wordt eventuele schade beoordeeld en, indien van toepassing, worden de herstel- of vervangingskosten in rekening gebracht. Normale gebruikssporen vallen hier uiteraard niet onder.
Wat zijn de eindtijden?
The eindtijden verschillen per vaargebied, type boot en soort evenement. Voor reguliere rondvaarten, borrels en diners is de eindtijd afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid van de boot en de lokale vaarregels.
Bij partyboten, passagiersschepen en evenementenschepen kunnen feesten tot later op de avond plaatsvinden. Daarbij gelden wel de lokale regels voor muziek en geluid. In Amsterdam geldt bij versterkte muziek bovendien dat het toegestane geluidsniveau moet worden gerespecteerd; als uitgangspunt hanteren we maximaal 85 dB gemeten op 10 meter afstand van de boot.
De exacte eindtijd wordt daarom vooraf per boot en locatie bevestigd in de offerte. Zo weet je vóór het boeken precies tot hoe laat het evenement kan doorgaan. Event op het Water biedt hiervoor verschillende boottypes, van sloepen en salonboten tot grote passagiers- en evenementenschepen.
Wat zijn de opstaplocaties in Amsterdam?

- Standaard drankarrangement: onbeperkt bier, huiswijn, frisdranken, koffie en thee. Dit arrangement is bij veel van onze vaarten standaard inbegrepen.
- Uitgebreid drankarrangement: het standaard assortiment aangevuld met bijvoorbeeld speciaalbier en een uitgebreider wijnassortiment.
- Hollandse bar: uitbreiding met Hollandse sterke dranken, zoals jenever, oude klare en vieux.
- Cocktailarrangement: cocktails zoals Mojito, Aperol Spritz en Pornstar Martini, eventueel als aanvulling op het standaard drankarrangement.
- Champagne/prosecco-arrangement: bijvoorbeeld voor een ontvangst, toast, bruiloft of zakelijk evenement.
- Arrangement op maat: voor grotere feesten, bedrijfsfeesten en evenementen kunnen we in overleg een uitgebreider assortiment samenstellen.
Welke drankarrangementen precies beschikbaar zijn, verschilt per boot. Sterke drank, cocktails, champagne en speciaalbieren zijn niet standaard inbegrepen, tenzij dit specifiek in de offerte of het gekozen arrangement staat vermeld.
Wat zijn de mogelijkheden van een stripper?

One stripper kan via een externe entertainmentpartner worden ingehuurd voor bijvoorbeeld een vrijgezellenfeest, verjaardag of besloten feest. Er kan gekozen worden voor een mannelijke of vrouwelijke stripper, een verrassingsact of een uitgebreidere show, eventueel met een bepaald thema of kostuum.
Een stripper is niet mogelijk op een open sloep. Op salonboten, partyboten, passagiersschepen en evenementenschepen zijn er wel mogelijkheden, afhankelijk van de beschikbare ruimte en het type schip. De prijs en beschikbaarheid zijn op aanvraag en afhankelijk van de gewenste act, duur en locatie.
