This is how you divide the program over the sailing time
A boat does not dock in between, so the program is fixed as soon as the cable is loose. This distribution works with a 4-hour port route:
- Walk in at the dock, 20 minutes. Guests report to the Boompjeskade and get coffee before the ship leaves.
- Leave and welcome, 15 minutes. The opening coincides with the passage under the Erasmus Bridge, the moment with the most attention.
- Plenary Block, 45 minutes. The plenary part rotates indoors, with screen and sound on demand.
- Port passage, 30 minutes. The ship reaches the terminals, guests move to the outer deck.
- Demo of break-out, 45 minuten. On the second deck, the setups are ready for smaller groups.
- Networking drinks with catering, 60 Minutes. Snacks, a walking dinner or a BBQ takes care of the kitchen on board.
- Return and completion, 30 minutes. The final pitch falls during the return to the skyline.

The costs depend on the type of boat, the sailing duration and the package. All rates are incl. vat, incl. skipper, waiter and unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.
- Luxury sloop (10 to 60 guests): boat rental per hour, extra hour from € 165 incl. drink
- Drinks boat (25 to 100 guests), from 2.5 hours: from € 49,95 per person
- Passenger ship XL (50 to 250 guests), from 4 hours: from € 49,95 per person

The luxury sloop charges boat rental per hour, the large ships with a rate per person. Technology, catering and entertainment are on top of that. Rotterdam is often in the middle of a Dutch tour, so a combined booking with Amsterdam or Utrecht results in a sharper total rate.

Boarding locations and accessibility in Rotterdam
Three fixed boarding locations are spread across the city. The Boompjeskade is the central spot on the Maas, a 10-minute walk from Rotterdam Blaak and with parking garages within walking distance.
- Tree damage 750: centraal aan de Maas, starting point for the Maas and havenroutes
- Linker Rottekade 4A: departure point for the Sloop tours over the Rotte
- Parkhaven 9: at the Euromast, suitable for guests coming from the A4 and A15

Does the roadshow also sail through the Port of Rotterdam?
Okay, the port route is the most booked route for business groups. A short harbor cruise takes from 2 hours, a trip towards Botlek or Maasvlakte from 4 hours. For the longer routes, Event uses a passenger ship or event ship on the Water.
How many guests fit on board?
A roadshow on board is possible from 10 people to a maximum of 700 people. The luxury sloop takes 10 to 60 guests, the drinks boat 25 to 100, the passenger ship 50 to 250 and the event ship 250 to 700.
What technology is on board?
Events on the Water on request, a screen, a sound system and microphones. The drinks boats and the large ships have power points and a covered interior space. You may bring your own equipment, provided that the weight and dimensions have been communicated in advance.
What is the shortest sailing duration for a business program?

How far in advance do you book a roadshow in Rotterdam?
For the large ships in high season applies an application period of at least 8 weeks. The luxury sloop and the drinks boat are available at shorter notice. After the application, a confirmation of the date will follow within 24 hours.
