Utrecht ligt op twee niveaus: de werfkelders liggen aan het water, de stad een verdieping hoger. Vanaf een boot zie je de stad zoals je die vanaf de kade nooit ziet. De lunch verlengt de vaart naar 2 tot 3 uur, waardoor je gezelschap ruim de tijd heeft om te eten, te praten en rond te kijken.
