Ideal for the winter months and the reactions of guests are extremely praiseworthy. After all, who hasn’t grown big with it? With beautifully simmered “wire meat”, hearty smoked sausage and the well-known meatball. Each guest composes his or her own stew. That would be a delight Enjoy your meal!

Our Stew buffet consists of:

• Kale stew with crumble potatoes
• Sauerkraut stew with self-smoked, fried bacon bits
• Hutspot Stew
• All prepared with butter and cream
• Tender sliced meat simmered in butter
• Homemade meatball, spicy and soft. Slowly simmered
• Smoked sausage, homemade and smoked!
• Accompanied by a firm gravy of real butter
• Mustard, Amsterdam onions, gherkins and apple sauce
